Legal Secretary Maidstone, Hybrid / £23,000 - £28,000 / Permanent My client, a reputable Law Firm based in Kent are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team.
They are looking to pay up to £28,000 and are offering hybrid working with 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role in a Law Practice.
Key Responsibilities - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via telephone calls and emails - Supporting legal advisors by scheduling appointments and meetings on their behalf as well as diary management - Booking out meeting rooms and preparing documentation ahead of meetings - Ensuring electronic files are kept up to date - General administration Essential Skillset - Must have similar experience in a Law Practice - High level of professionalism - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Proficient with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Package - £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) - Maidstone, Kent - Hybrid working, 2 days at home, 3 days in the office - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm - Free parking - Up to 27 days holiday Legal Secretary Maidstone, Hybrid / £23,000 - £28,000 / Permanent
