Legal Secretary

An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Hull as a Legal Secretary.THE ROLE:You will provide hands on administrative and secretarial support to the team.Duties will include:Typing documents, reports and correspondence.Dealing with telephone queries.Diary management.Supporting fee earners with all associated administration where required.Ad hoc support to other departments where required.THE CANDIDATE:Person Specification:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent phone manner.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Ability to work as part of a team.Strong organisational and time-management skills.SALARY:£22,000 - £26,000 negotiable depending on experience.BENEFITS:25 days holiday.Birthday off work.Use of wellbeing app.Pension.THE CONSULTANCY:Edwards & Pearce acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
