Legal Secretary

An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Hull as a Legal Secretary.
THE ROLE: You will provide hands on administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Duties will include: Typing documents, reports and correspondence.
Dealing with telephone queries.
Diary management.
Supporting fee earners with all associated administration where required.
Ad hoc support to other departments where required.
THE CANDIDATE: Person Specification: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
SALARY: £22,000 - £26,000 negotiable depending on experience.
