Legal Secretary

We are seeking an organised Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our law firm near Southampton.
The successful candidate will support our legal team, manage documents, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities: - Assist conveyancing attorneys with scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining efficient work-flow - Draft, proofread, and file legal documents - Liaise with clients and provide case updates - Prepare court filings and manage deadlines - Coordinate meetings and hearings - Support billing and timekeeping - Maintain confidentiality Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing (Residential or Commercial) - Familiarity with Southampton's legal system - Strong communication, organisational, and tech skills - Friendly demeanour for reception duties If you're a detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding role, apply now!
