Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's Conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in conveyancing, offering vital support to solicitors and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, client communication, and file management, all within a busy and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors with the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other third parties regarding conveyancing matters.
Conduct property searches and assist in the preparation of reports.
Manage appointments and schedules for the conveyancing team.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and data entry.
