Your Role and What You'll Be DoingManage multiple Legal and Regulatory (L&RC) Change projects, cyclical processes, and co-ordination activities concurrently with the ability to support fellow L&RC Project Officers.Provide assurance and accurate updates to the Legal and Regulatory Change Manager and Senior Leadership Team on process delivery and project milestones.Proactively engage with Subject Matter Experts to adopt new methodologies focussing on regulatory requirements to enhance compliance, efficiency, and the effectiveness of our IM Colleagues.Initiate Business Partnering opportunities to build positive relationships across the IM Group, raise awareness of the General Counsel Team, identify arising issues and, explore these insights to implement marginal gains and compliant change.About YouAn experienced Compliance Officer or Analyst ideally from a legal & regulatory environment with client facing experience in areas such as SRA Regulations, Client Care, Conflicts, Financial Crime, Risk Management or Data ProtectionExperience of scoping, planning and co-ordinating the delivery of a results-oriented & multi-layered processes (Process Development/Enhancement).Awareness of the SRA rules and/or legislation to assess whether policies and procedures, systems and controls address legal and regulatory compliance requirements within relevant Business areas.Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to influence and partner with SMEs and consult with key stakeholders aligning with regulatory requirements.Strong communication and presentation skills.Competent with Microsoft 365 applications and have an interest in new applications to develop digital/automated processes.Good analytical skills, ability to produce engaging, concise, and timely management information.Experience of working in a pressurised environment and to tight schedules.Exposure to digital learning solutions and e-Learning design methodologies would be beneficial.Our Benefits - What We Can Offer You25 days holidays as standard plus bank holidays - You can 'buy' up to 35hrs of extra holiday too.Generous and flexible pension schemes.Volunteering days – Two days of volunteering every year for a cause of your choice (fully paid)Westfield Health membership, offering refunds on medical services alongside our Aviva Digital GP services.
