As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the South's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.Your Role Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownershipBusiness development and account management with key clientsCandidate sourcing, screening, and relationship buildingMarket mapping and headhunting of passive candidatesNegotiating terms and closing dealsManaging the end-to-end recruitment process What You'll Need Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experienceStrong commercial acumen and business development skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated with a hunter mentalityResilient and target-driven approachKnowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)A positive can do attitude What We Offer Competitive basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE Uncapped commission structure (OTE £45,000 - £70,000 first year)Clear progression pathway to senior consultant and management rolesComprehensive training and development programmeModern office in BrightonRegular team socials and incentivesPrivate healthcare and pension scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working options About UsWe're a specialist Legal recruitment agency with a reputation for excellence across the South.
