Legal Personal Assistant

An opportunity to join a fast paced team of lawyers in a high profile practice area of Energy and Sustainability on an initial 12 month contract has arisen.

Looking after a team of fee earners including partners and associates you will be a master juggler of duties and quickly adapt to changing duties and priorities.

You will have previous experience of working in a law firm and be experienced with billing processes.

Your day to day duties will include
diary management email management managing documents assisting with business development and marketing as well as events assisting with the billing process and working alongside finance teams This is a great opportunity to join an international firm and have a great work life balance.

This is an initial 12 month contract
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
Liverpool Street/Shoreditch area.
