Legal PA A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new PA to work on a permanent basis within the Construction and Real Estate team. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Salary to £45,000Highly autonomous roleLegal PA Key Responsibilities: Set up processes for client matters through liaison with Partners, Fee Earners and client contactsSupport Partners, Fee Earners and the Business Development and Marketing Teams with preparation of pitches, presentations, and eventsEnter client information on the Client Relationship Management system, currently InterActionArrange client meetings and ensure efficient responses to written and verbal client queriesAssist Partners and Fee Earners in ensuring time recording is up to date and captured in a timely mannerProcess invoices and expenses on the online system, currently ChromeDiary management and coordination for Partners and Fee EarnersSupervise Client Services Administrators' record keeping and general filing tasksLegal PA Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience within a Construction or Real Estate team at a large law firmExperience of using Practice Management systemsAdvanced knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft OfficeAccurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
