In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a vital role by providing essential PA and secretarial support to our Employment leaders and advisers.
In this role, you'll manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle key client correspondence.
You'll also assist with file management, invoicing, billing, and document preparation while supporting client engagement and business development activities.
Ideal candidates will have: Prior PA experience in a legal setting Excellent typing skills (65 wpm) Proficiency in MS Office A proactive and organized approach Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
