Legal Pa - Dispute Resolution

Details of the offer

Our client, a prestigious law firm in London known for its exceptional family and private client work, is seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal PA to join their Dispute Resolution department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual looking to support a leading team within a respected firm.
The role involves working directly with a partner and several solicitors, offering essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
As a Legal PA, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications both face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism and ease.
Excellent client liaison skills are essential, as you will often represent the firm's standards of excellence through these interactions.
You'll also be responsible for audio and copy typing, including digital dictation, where precision and attention to detail are key.
Beyond client communications, your duties will include supporting solicitors with various tasks, particularly in managing their cases and schedules.
You will handle billing, diary management, and general administrative functions to streamline workflows and assist in effective time management.
Document and filing systems will also fall under your remit, where you will maintain organisational standards, ensuring records are current and easily accessible.
This role requires someone with the resilience to work under pressure and a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience in a legal environment is highly desirable, especially within a dispute resolution setting, as familiarity with this area will be beneficial in adapting quickly to the department's needs.
If you are a Legal PA with a background in legal administration and a commitment to supporting high-calibre legal professionals, this position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career within a renowned firm.
