We're looking for a Legal Operations Senior Manager to join us in our Liberty Shared Services Legal Operations department in Bradford.We are a future looking function, with ambitious plans to drive value through expertise, innovation and technology-led services.As part of the senior management team with Legal Operations, this role will be pivotal in maintaining excellence in client delivery, motivating change through technology and developing talent within the team.The role comes with opportunities and challenges in equal volume, allowing you to develop and progress in line with your ambition.Legal Operations is made up of 50 legal professionals delivering legal services to the operating companies forming part of Liberty Global.
The team provides a range of litigation and advisory services from claims management to lease renewals.
All the services provided by the Legal Operations team maximise the latest developments in technology to drive quality and efficiency.What will you be doing?
Lead a team of legal professionals, driving their development and engagement through direct and indirect management.
Be responsible for client delivery across a defined portfolio of services, that could include: Property and Damage claims, Employers Liability and Public Liability Personal Injury claims, Criminal Streetworks Prosecutions, Debt recovery claims, Real Estate support, Wayleave acquisition, Consumer litigation claims.
Ensure a high level of service is being provided to our clients, through regular service reviews and good stakeholder engagement.
Ensure service compliance in line with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Manage the input demand from clients, the workflow cycle and ensure appropriate resource levels.
We tend to look for people with: Essential
Qualified Solicitor and/or experienced Senior Legal Manager
Legal team management - previous experience of leading a team with the ability to motivate and develop successful teams in a legal context.
Technical knowledge - ability to apply your depth of legal understanding to both team and case strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Change and transformation - ability to inspire change and innovation in a service context.
