Legal Document/Word Specialist - 5Pm-Midnight- To £60,000

Successful global law firm with an excellent reputation is keen to recruit an experienced Document Production/MSOFFICE specialist to join this busy team.
Its working 5.00pm till Midnight three daysin an two days from home Monday to Friday and it's handling a mix or work from all practice areas.

Aside from being a hands-on member of the team, formatting, amending and converting long documents, typical duties will also include: -
Ensuring appropriate supervision of direct team with a focus on service delivery and excellence.
Direct and effective management, communication, client engagement and administration of all staff for whom responsible Manage resourcing levels to ensure most effective use of the team Ensure absence and timekeeping is managed effectively working alongside HR To apply, you'll need to have worked in in a Legal document WP centre in a law firm and be familiar with formatting and re-formatting of documents, tables columns, auto para numbering and repairing documents etc.
Some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
