Build out relationships with new and existing clients across niche technical markets, using business development skills to strengthen our reach.
Lead and inspire a team of consultants by providing hands-on training, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Shape recruitment strategies to align with business objectives, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Drive team productivity by setting ambitious targets and monitoring KPIs, helping each team member reach their potential.
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring junior consultants, with the ability to coach and develop talent.
