About You:UK-qualified solicitor with a proven track record in commercial law and financial services.Strong knowledge of English contract law and the ability to draft and negotiate agreements confidently.Solutions-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to legal advice and problem-solving.Exceptional communication skills—able to present legal risks and solutions effectively to stakeholders.Experience in regulated environments and a keen interest in financial services.
