Legal Counsel 4+ Automotive sector - Global company - Buckinghamshire- Hybrid We are thrilled to be exclusively appointed on this exceptional new opportunity for a Legal Counsel.
Our client, a very large company operating in the Automotive space, is looking to bring on a talented Legal Counsel to their expanding team during an incredibly dynamic period of growth.
Following a remarkable phase of expansion, the business is strengthening its legal department and seeks a dedicated lawyer who will report directly to the General Counsel, a key member of the Executive team.
This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote working flexibility, with 2-3 days in the office weekly, easily commutable from Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support across multiple business functions, including: Finance, HR, and Procurement Compliance, Insurance, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Play an instrumental role in new business integration support, helping drive the company's success.
Advise on and manage a diverse range of legal areas: Corporate Commercial IT/IP Corporate Law Litigation GDPR Company Secretarial matters Employment Law Collaborate with the US legal team on any relevant matters.
The Ideal Person: Brings at least 4 years' PQE in from a Corporate or Commercial background (whether in-house or private practice).
Is a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a team environment.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Is a pragmatic, solution-focused professional who can offer sensible and practical advice to a range of stakeholders.
