I'm looking for a Legal Counsel to help provide commercial contract advice and support for this professional services organisation based in Manchester.
Your work will deal with matters covering their UK and European operations.

Key Responsibilities Providing legal guidance and support at both regional and corporate levels.
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with external clients Reviewing and drafting contracts negotiating terms and ensuring compliance.
Ensuring that all corporate matters are conducted in accordance with the organisation's procedures.
