Legal Counsel

Your new company & role A leading global shipping and logistics business is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing and hard-working legal team.

What you'll need to succeed Provide commercially sound legal advice to the business, customers and suppliers.
Assist in negotiating new contracts with customers and/or suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance policies and procedures and in accordance with applicable law.
Interpret and advise on contract disputes and offer effective strategies for dispute resolution.
Provide timely and accurate legal advice to the business on a wide range of matters to reduce legal and/or commercial risk.
Experience with commercial, customer, procurement and IT contracts.
Experience within the logistics sector.
England and Wales qualified solicitor, 3 PQE as a guideline.
