Legal Counsel

We would like to speak with solicitors who are qualified in England & Wales regarding an exciting opportunity we are assisting with in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are assisting an owner who operates a fleet of approximately 500 vessels, with the hire of a Legal Counsel to join their highly regarded team.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years experience gained at a law firm, P&I Club or ship owner, handling a complex caseload of shipping disputes including FD&D.

You will be part of a truly international team of lawyers.
The Head of Legal is someone I have personally known for many years.
They are humble, polite and a pleasure to interact with, which gives me confidence that anyone hired for this role will also enjoy the same interaction.

Denmark offers a special tax regime to highly paid inbound expatriates and researchers recruited from abroad.
Employees may elect to be taxed at a rate of 27 % on employment income and other cash allowances, for up to 84 months.
