The Opportunity- We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join Cyberbit's dynamic and proactive legal department.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity technology while developing your legal expertise in an international context.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and close a wide variety of commercial contracts with international customers, suppliers, and partnersProvide practical, business-oriented legal advice to senior management on significant issuesHandle data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictionsAddress intellectual property concerns, including copyright and trademark issuesManage licensing agreements and complex commercial negotiationsCollaborate with all company departments across global locationsManage and work closely with external law firms in different territoriesContribute to the development of corporate policiesHandle HR-related legal matters across various territoriesRequirementsQualifications- Qualified lawyer in England with 3-5 years of experience in commercial international lawExperience in technology law, preferably within a legal department of a tech company or a Hi-Tech department of a leading law firmStrong background in data protection, intellectual property, licensing, and commercial negotiationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholdersProactive problem-solver with a business-oriented mindsetRequired Skills- Efficient team player with a service-oriented approachAbility to work independently while managing multiple tasksDynamic and proactive personalityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCreative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationThis is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Chief Legal Officer based in IsraelThe role involves working with a global team across multiple time zonesIf you're passionate about technology, excited by the challenges of cybersecurity, and ready to grow your legal career in an innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
