Legal Counsel

Fantastic opportunity for a finance lawyer with project finance experience to join this fast-growing and hugely successful business on a permanent basis.
Will suit someone who is commercial and entrepreneurial.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our client on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and gain exposure to all business lines at a broad level.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in a variety of work across multiple business lines.
This will include power purchase agreements, commodity trading documents, corporate documents, complex derivatives, financing facilities, etc.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of products and documents and will help to manage an established but growing legal team.
We're looking for candidates with the following background:
At least 3 years' post qualification experience in the UKIdeal would be a Project Finance backgroundAdaptable, pragmatic, with a commercial mindsetPossess gravitas with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external teamsFlexible with a proactive attitude towards workExperience of working in energy and/or commodities (preferred)Please apply for further information about this exciting opportunity!
