The opportunity Due to sustained growth Ethical Power's legal team is now looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to assist with projects in the UK and internationally.
Working within a highly collaborative and supportive in-house legal team you will have the opportunity to support the business with a broad spectrum of transactions and contract work, including development, construction, financing, corporate M&A, commercial contracts along with the management of external counsel.
About you You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will be looking to make a change towards a fully engaged and immersive career in a fast growing, renewable energy business.
You will have c2-5 years commercial, corporate or construction law experience, with confident and balanced negotiation skills, well organised and above all a passion to fully integrate with the business.
