As we continue on this journey, we are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Legal, contributing to corporate and commercial projects that will shape the future of our business.
Role Overview: The Legal Counsel will play a critical role in providing expert legal support across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
You will be heavily involved in the company's M&A activities (both domestic and international), and other value add projects.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring they align with the company's values and risk appetite.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Support the legal aspects of M&A transactions, from due diligence to contract negotiation and post-merger integration, ensuring seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, procurement, sustainability and HR, to provide legal support that aligns with overall business objectives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Qualified lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law.
Proven experience in handling corporate transactions, including M&A.
Minimum of 3-7 years post qualification experience in an in-house legal department or relevant practice group (corporate or commercial).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset.
