Legal Counsel (Commercial) Full Time London or Eastern Europe (Remote/Hybrid) Reporting to General Counsel Role Description We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, talented and dynamic individual to join our legal team to advise on a range of commercial matters.
This is a new role within Infinigate which requires an individual to utilise their knowledge and experience of advising on a range of commercial agreements.
As the Legal Counsel - Commercial, you will be responsible for: • Providing commercial legal advice and support to various business units.
• Conducting reviews of and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing relationships with external legal advisors.
• Conducting legal training to internal stakeholders.
• Participating in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Assisting in managing legal risks within the business.
Key Candidate Requirements • A qualified Solicitor in the UK or similar jurisdiction with 4 -5+ years PQE.
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Experience working in an in-house environment would be highly beneficial.
• Strong contract review, drafting and negotiation skills in English language.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
