We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Legal Cashier to join the dynamic team remotely.

The position can be fully remote and we're looking for someone who resides in Scotland.
Legal Cashier experience: * Financial Transactions: Efficiently handle all financial transactions, including client and office account payments, receipts, and transfers.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules or SRA Accounts rules and other relevant regulations.
* Bank Reconciliations: Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts.
* Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client ledgers.
* Reporting: Generate monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual accounts.
* Client Support: Provide exceptional financial support and guidance to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
* Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are not expecting the Legal Cashier to have experience in all of the above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!
