Salary £30k+
Full-time in office
? Working closely with the head of finance
? Preparing client bills on behalf of the partners and working with LEAP (matter management
system).

? Assisting with bank reconciliations including client receipts, client billings and office
payments.

? Legal Cashiering including office and client reconciliations, preparing and sending
payments.

? Processing staff expenses.

? Dealing with queries into the accounts inbox including producing reports as requested by
partners
? Undertaking financial file audits to ensure compliance with systems and processes.

? Chasing partners for month end billings finalisation
? Improving current processes and implementing new processes including the use of the
outsourced legal cashier service including methods and processes to minimise financial risk.

? Update and implement financial policies and procedures.

? Dealing with accounting queries from the Partners and reverting to the COFA and/or COLP
as appropriate.

Requirements Qualification and Knowledge
1.
Minimum 3 years' experience of working in a finance department
2.
Personable, team player and focused on delivering excellent client service to our partners and our
clients.

Experience of using varied Accounting software and LEAP legal software system preferred
4.
Working towards an AAT qualification (desirable)
5.
Attention to detail a must.
