Legal Cashier

Job Description White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as an employment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.
Our client, a leading North-West law firm, are seeking a Legal Cashier to join their busy Finance department.
Reporting into the Head of Finance the ideal candidate will have at least a years experience within a similar role, being up to date with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Requirements Your day to day responsibilities will include: • Daily Bank Reconciliat ions • CHAPS/Faster payment requests • Liaising with fee earners and secretaries to assist with queries • Purchase ledger/invoicing • Accurate data input of all client/office, credit/debit balances.
• Processing and checking daily cheque runs • Processing daily bills and card payments • Petty cash • Month End Reports Benefits Salary circa £30,000 per annum.
25 days annual leave + statuary bank holidays.
Free Town Centre parking.
