Legal Cashier

Legal Cashier Halifax Up to £27,000 DOE My Client a Well established firm are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to join their team.
Main Duties: Daily Bank reconciliations.
Payments by CHAPS/BACS/ Foreign Payments.
Ensuring correct allocation of Client funds.
Banking.
Billing.
Dealing with clients both in person and by telephone.
Dealing with internal enquiries.
Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Contributing to maintaining and improving office procedures.
Any other duties, which from time to time are required by the firm.
Skills Required: Maintaining a high level of accuracy, ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
Knowledge of the Solicitors accounts rules, knowledge of Legal Accounts software.
Experience as a cashier in a solicitor's office.
A good level of computer literacy, especially with MS Word and Excel.
