This role involves:
Supporting a busy Commercial Property team
Handling a variety of property transactions
Managing a range of legal administrative tasks
Liaising with clients and other parties involved in transactions
Managing correspondence and files efficiently
Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents and contracts
About You:
A law degree or CPE qualification
At least 1 year's experience in Commercial Conveyancing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Discretion in handling sensitive matters
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a client-focused approach
