We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our esteemed team at a Legal 500 firm near Manchester City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in commercial property law.

Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.

Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant property law issues.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements.
Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations relevant to the practice area.
A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in commercial property, is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
