Legal And Compliance

Key Responsibilities Provide legal and compliance advice to the Europe business team on a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to fin-tech regulations, employment law, GDPR.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including business contracts, agreements, policies regarding to data privacy.
Identify, research, and evaluate risk factors in business decisions and overall operations; Focus on fin-tech regulatory compliance.
Manage and oversee outside counsel and legal vendors as necessary.
Required Qualifications At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited law school overseas.
Admitted to practice law in PRC or Europe/USA 6+ years of legal practice in international law firm or as in-house legal counsel; 3+ years of experience with legal and compliance issues in Fin-tech or financial related industry.
Strong knowledge of GDPR.
Possessing excellent English reading and writing skills, with the ability to draft, review, and revise English contracts accurately and effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
