Job Description Conduct patent searches and analyses to support new product development.Offer advice on patent matters to safeguard the company's intellectual property rights.Coordinate with external patent attorneys to handle patent applications and maintenance.Assist in the preparation and negotiation of patent agreements.Stay updated on changes in patent laws and regulations that could impact the company.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure awareness of patent considerations.Identify potential patent infringements and act accordingly.Contribute to the development and implementation of patent strategies.The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Analyst (Patent) should have:
