Guildford Top Law Firm - Administrator - £26k This top law firm based in Guildford is looking for a team player and problem solver who is ambitious and hard-working to step into their friendly and supportive firm as an administrator.
This role will include duties such as: Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks Supporting the Compliance & Risk Team with client due diligence, conflict checking and the AML processes Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers' services as necessary Completing searches at the request of Partners, fee earners and PAs Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months' experience working in administration within a law firm or professional services.

This role is a permanent position, will pay up to £26k, and offers hybrid working arrangements.
