The Talent Set are delighted to be working with Woodgreen to recruit their Legacy and Mid-Value Campaign Manager.
The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working circa 2 days per month from either their Huntingdon or London office.
Reporting into the Senior Development Manager, the Legacy and Mid-Value Campaign Manager will grow the existing legacy and in-memory pipeline and manage a range of direct marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and develop Legacy and mid-value supporters.
Ensuring donor satisfaction and retention across Mid Value Donor and Legacy segments.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: To provide expertise and collaborate with the Senior Development Manager to develop the legacy marketing acquisition strategy and tactical plan to grow the pipeline of legacy pledger base.
To collaborate with the Senior Development Manager to develop the mid-value programme strategy and tactical plan to deliver £, gross income annually and identify donors for our major-donor pipeline.
To be responsible for the implementation of the legacy marketing acquisition and mid-value strategies.
Campaign delivery: To project manage a range of direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, telemarketing and digital (social media/paid searches) and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to budget.
To develop campaign briefs for direct marketing and stewardship campaigns.
To produce regular and end of campaign reports/results analysis for all campaign activity.
Budgets: To provide a budget outline to the Senior Development Manager for the development of an annual budget, campaign budgets and implementation of marketing plans for Legacy and mid-value plans.
To ensure accurate monitoring, recording and management of campaign expenditure and invoices.
To manage and monitor budgets (income and expenditure) related to the Legacy and mid-value activities by producing monthly income/expenditure variance reports.
Person Specification: Substantial legacy marketing experience.
Substantial experience developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable experience of effectively managing projects and budgets.
Substantial experience of working with data and fundraising databases to develop and measure effective marketing strategies and activities.
Excellent communication skills; written, presenting and telephone.
Highly developed data analytical skills and attention to detail, specifically for supporter acquisition, retention and development management.
Highly developed knowledge of Raisers Edge or similar Fundraising Data base.
