External Video Sales Buckinghamshire | Hybrid £30,000 - £60,000 DOE £6K car allowance, bonuses, paid door to door travel, sick pay, hybrid working, flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities: - Attend client meetings to showcasing the range of LED and video products.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients - Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention - Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building - Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations - Attend industry relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and exhibit the latest product ranges What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry (We are also open to hearing from experienced LED/video technicians with a desire to shift their career into sales) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Full UK Driving License What's On Offer: - Competitive salary of £30K - £60K DOE plus bonuses - £6K car allowance - Hybrid working - 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Paid door-to-door travel - Sick pay scheme - A supportive team where all salespeople are currently hitting their targets!
