The postholder must be self-motivated and innovative, with the ability to inspire our students.Responsibilities You will be responsible for:To plan effectively and deliver high quality teaching, learning, assessment and support, leading to excellent attendance, retention and achievement.Offer tailored Spanish support classes focused on academic writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Use creative activities and strategies to make learning engaging and relevant.Dynamic and active lessons considering different levels of Spanish.
Establish workshops where students can receive feedbackCreate informal gatherings where students can practice speaking in a relaxed environment.Establish a dynamic writing workshop where students can get feedback on their papers.
Conduct sessions on citations, and structuring essays.
Provide examples of strong vs. weak essays/homework statements.Offer study guides, videos, and audio resources tailored for language learners.
