Contribute to the overall success of our curricular area by assisting team members and the Academic and Quality Manager with the evaluation of learning and teaching.
Help achieve the operational and strategic objectives outlined in the College Regional Outcome Agreement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Learning and Teaching activities to a broad range of learners and in a variety of educational settings.
Primarily teach candidates in subject areas of Art and DesignEvaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness.Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance and curriculum quality.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and achievementPlease refer to the job description which details the full description of the key responsibilities and activities.Qualifications and ExperienceEssential:Qualified to Degree (SCQF 9) or SVQ Level 4/5 in the relevant vocational area or Highest level qualification in the relevant disciplineRelevant current academic and teaching experienceDemonstrable experience and practiced skills following a vocational qualificationDriving License as Travel will be required within Fife.Desirable:Teaching Qualification in Further Education (TQFE) Broad demonstrable experience of curriculum delivery.Proven record of evaluative ability, to recognise areas for improvement and plan for excellenceSkills and AttributesEffective communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire, encourage, and motivate students.Passionate about making a positive impact on students' academic journeys.Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards.Application ProcessTo apply, please log in to create or update your profile.
