Lecturer in Engineering Apprenticeship Programmes (3 days a week) 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year £32,732 - £39,096 per annum pro rata We are looking for someone passionate about the Engineering industry with teaching, assessing and IQA experience to work with our experienced and expert team.
This is a field that is in demand and this post will be working with our new HTQs in Engineering (Engineering Manufacture Technicians standard) as well as Engineering Operatives and Technicians.
If you have recent experience in this area, are highly motivated about supporting others to develop, we'd love to hear from you.
You will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in your sector, and a Level 3 Engineering Qualification or above, an Assessor Award and IQA qualification.
If you do not have a teaching qualification this is something, we can offer as part of your development.
You will also need good levels of literacy and numeracy.
You must be a confident communicator who is people focused and able to build relationships quickly.
This will be in addition to your strong organisational ability, IT skills and self-reliance.
