This includes maintaining discipline, safe working practices, communication skills and working efficiently and effectively to become employment and apprenticeship ready.
You will have full responsibility for allocated learners to ensure retention, progression and achievement.You will be delivering underpinning knowledge and coaching, producing learning plans and schemes of work where relevant.
As part of your role, you will work with groups of learners and deliver practical training within the dedicated workshops.
