Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

Rapidly expanding, Central London law firm are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their property team due to a significant increase in the volume of work.
The role will involve a mixture of collective leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, non-statutory lease extensions, and lease renewals.
The highly successful team is renowned for their work in this area and has an enviable client base with excellent quality of work on offer to the successful solicitor.
Requirements:1-2 Yr PQE (they may consider an NQ with very good experience)Exceptional communication and client skillsStrong technical knowledgeConfident in ability to manage own caseloadCompetitive pay, excellent prospects, and long-term progression/growth within the firm make this a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to build on their current experience within a firm with a strong reputation for lease enfranchisement work.
