Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Wanted Location: Just outside Andover Are you someone who loves working with young people and wants to make a real difference?
A small, friendly SEND secondary school near Andover is looking for passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team.
This school is growing and supports high-functioning learners with diagnoses like autism and Asperger's Syndrome.
They're expanding their space and need extra hands to help create a fun, supportive, and engaging environment for their students.
What You'll Need: Experience: You've worked with young people before, and if that's been with SEND pupils, even better!
Transport: The school's in a rural location, so you'll need your own car to get there.
Attitude: Patience, kindness, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
The Details: This is a temporary role , but if you love it, there's the chance to go permanent.
You'll work school hours, term time only.
You'll join the school through Teaching Personnel after a successful trial morning and vetting checks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
