Long-Term Teachers is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a fantastic school in the heart of Exeter, Devon, as a Learning Support Assistant.
Role Overview: Assist teachers with lesson delivery and manage classroom activities.
Provide targeted support to small groups or individual students to enhance learning.
Prepare materials and resources to facilitate effective teaching.
Offer additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with children is essential; experience in education is a plus but not mandatory.
A genuine passion for supporting students' educational development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to various classroom needs.
Commitment to child welfare and personal growth.
Possession of an Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to obtain one.
