Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Are you passionate about education and supporting children to reach their full potential?
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across Bargoed.
About the Role: As an LSA, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day support across multiple schools, including covering short-term sickness, absences, and offering additional assistance where needed.
This is a dynamic position that involves working in a variety of settings, including: Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools Primary Schools Secondary Schools Responsibilities: Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and supporting student learning.
Providing tailored support to students with varying needs, including SEN. Building positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
Adapting to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
Supporting students in achieving their academic, social, and emotional goals.
What We're Looking For: Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
A patient, flexible, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to work across different schools and adapt to varied environments.
A genuine passion for making a difference in children's education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
