Key Requirements: - Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly with Key Stage 2 students - Ability to effectively support students with challenging behaviours Role Responsibilities: - Work closely with a Key Stage 2 student on a one-to-one basis - Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and academic progress - Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to ensure the student's needs are met If you possess a patient and nurturing approach, have experience working with children with behavioural challenges in a school setting, and meet the specified requirements, we encourage you to apply!
