Learning Support Assistant We are seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a successful secondary school in Bitterne.
You'll be working one-on-one or in small groups with students who have additional learning needs, supporting them in achieving their academic goals.
The school has a strong focus on inclusion and offers fantastic support for both students and staff.
Role Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
A passion for helping students with special educational needs (SEN) to thrive.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
