If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and are ready for a rewarding challenge, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Provide individualized support to students in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Higher Level Teaching Assistant.Assist in the delivery of engaging teaching and learning activities tailored to each student's needs.Model best practices to foster successful learning and personal growth for young people.Support the mental, physical, social and cultural development of students, preparing them for adult life.Encourage and enable students to develop safer and more effective ways of communicating their needs.
Requirements: A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with autism and learning difficulties.Physical fitness to handle challenges such as reluctance to engage or physical behaviors.Patience, resilience, and a commitment to helping students thrive academically and personally.Teamwork and a proactive approach to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
