Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students.
Work closely with the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
Support students during lessons, ensuring they remain engaged and focused.
Encourage the development of social skills and support students' participation in school activities.
Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
