As a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of challenges, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
You'll work closely with a diverse group of learners, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and encouraging engagement through creative and innovative methods.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the teacher to deliver alternative, stimulating approaches for students with SEN needs, including ASD and ADHD.
Set individualized targets for students and monitor their progress.
Ensure each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Support students in resolving any challenges they face, fostering positive outcomes.
