Learning Support Assistant | About the Role: Secondary School Learning Support Assistant Supporting students with SEND needs on a 1:1 and group basis Full-time position starting January 2025 £480£520 per week , paid weekly on a PAYE basis Opportunities for professional development through in-house and external training Learning Support Assistant | About You: Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a UK university Able to form strong working relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues A role model with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a child-centred role is desirable This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for a Graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education.
