Role Overview Location : Putney, Wandsworth Position : Learning Support Assistant Start Date : Immediate, with a contract until July 2025 Salary : £20,000£25,000 per year (pro rata) Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, helping students overcome learning barriers and reach their academic goals.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver a varied and ambitious curriculum.
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans, supporting both academic growth and personal development.
